A whole series of intimate gatherings are being lovingly planned for you, your family and friends.
Let’s reunite in person once more to relax, have fun, and raise funds to make more school change projects possible.
Buy your tickets, then no donations will be requested at the events.

Ultimate Mother’s Day Farm Brunch — May 8, 2022
QUEEN FOR A DAY! Treat Mom (and grandmas) to mimosas and adorable farm animals at this family-friendly brunch at an urban farm in Cedar Mill. Enjoy a decadent menu of brunch favorites, including plenty of sweet surprises. Meet friendly resident goats, chickens and giant koi, take home veggie starts, and pot a primrose for Mom. At day’s end, Mom will be so happy that she will have forgotten whatever it is you wanted her to forget. Open to all family members.

Helvetia Hills Tea Party — RESCHEDULED to June 18, 2022
SUITED TO A TEA! Enjoy the delights of a traditional Afternoon Tea: tiers of mouth-watering savories, scones, sweets, and to make it a Royal Tea–Champagne punch. The setting is a beautiful, colonial, hill-top home in the Helvetia area, north of Hillsboro. Relax on the veranda or patio while being serenaded by a string quartet from the Beaverton Symphony. A ticket to win a tea party basket featuring an Asian-inspired Wedgewood teapot set is included in the ticket price. Top this, Heathman Hotel!

Backyard Poker Party — June 4, 2022
HOLD ‘EM IF YOU GOT ‘EM! Win or lose, you are sure to have a good time playing Texas Hold’em at these friendly tables. Exchange your winning chips for raffle tickets, and if your luck is still running, you will take home a special prize. Signature host-made cocktails and mocktails will be served along with hearty casino-style snacks. Can’t beat this “deal!”

Lake Oswego Boating Party — Summer date of your choice!
BOATLOADS OF FUN! All aboard for an afternoon of fun on beautiful Lake Oswego, known to Clackamas Indians as Waluga (wild swan). Take in scenic views while touring the exclusive 420-acre lake aboard an eight-passenger cruiser. Back on shore, enjoy a tasty vegetarian picnic and play the afternoon away on paddle boards, kayaks, or canoe. This event is for a single family or group of friends to do together. A splash of summer to wash your cares away. Schedule on a day that works for you and our flexible host!

Painting Party on Sauvie Island — July 30, 2022
PLENTY OF PLEIN AIR! Destination: Sauvie Island. We’ll gather under a shady oak tree at the beautiful Topaz Farm on Sauvie Island to be inspired by the idyllic beauty, add paint to a canvas, and—voila! A plein air masterpiece to take home to preserve the memory of this spectacular summer day. Included in the party is a gourmet picnic lunch, beverages, painting supplies, and instructions on how to hold paint brushes in your teeth like the pros. All skill levels welcome. (Note: Location has been changed due to the heat wave, so the modified event does NOT include a hike.)

Bocce Ball Party — August 10, 2022
LET’S HAVE A BALL! Travel back in time to 5200 B.C. Egypt to attend the first-ever bocce party. History will record that party was not nearly as fun as this one in A.D. 2022 SW Portland. Teams vying for bragging rights will keep up their strength with a delicious vegetarian picnic and quench their thirst with a variety of fun drinks. Oh, and did we mention peach pie?

Lady Hill Winery Farm-to-Table Dinner Party — September 11, 2022
BON APPETIT! SALUD! CHEERS! Begin the culinary adventure with crudités and appetizers, as you stroll through the Lady Hill vineyard. Then gather at a long farm table for a multi-course dinner of locally sourced foods, perfectly paired with the wines. Learn the basics of pairing from Reggie, a French Wine Scholar. Perfect Indeed!

Murder Mystery Party — September 24, 2022
SLEUTH’S SOIREE! Put your inner detective to work (Miss Marple? S. Holmes?) solving a murder case. Enjoy scrumptious food and cocktails at a beautiful hilltop home in the company of other sleuths keen on finding whodunnit. When the perpetrator is caught, celebrate with dessert—“just desserts,” of course. Case closed! (Maximum:16) Hosts: Dharshini Pillai & Shauna Petit Brown. 16 guests. $150

Oktoberfest at The Ale & Cider House — October 23, 2022
OOMPAH PARTY TIME! Bring the whole family out to The Ale & Cider House in West Linn for a celebration of all things fall: Bavarian music, pumpkin decorating, sauerkraut and sausage (vegan and meat). Local beer, cider, and wine will be provided. (Limit 2 drinks per adult over 21; 2 adults per household.) Games such as bean bag toss, dance contest, and more. Prost!
